If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or damage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Refunds can take up to 5 working days after receiving returned items
- The customer will be liable for any return costs / shipping fees
- Any damaged or used items will not be accepted
- Products with manufacturer’s defects will be replaced without any additional charge to the customer, subject to Afriboot Warranty Terms and Conditions
All TPE bin, boot and floor mat photos used on this website are only to demonstrate the fitment and geometry of the mats. Patterns, logos and texture of the mats in stock may differ from the photos.
If this will cause any upset please confirm the pattern/texture/logo of the item with any of our sales representatives before purchasing.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY (TPE MATS)
At Afriboot (Pty) Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products, offering a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies solely to the original vehicle where the product was first installed. However, this warranty does not cover products that naturally wear out due to regular use. Just like other items that experience regular wear, such as tires, brake pads, or shoes, our products will eventually show signs of use, and this does not mean the product has failed.
We are committed to providing fair and satisfactory resolutions to our customers. We aim to find a reasonable solution to any issue, ensuring fairness to both the customer and Afriboot. We will assess each situation and either offer a free replacement or a prorated replacement at a discount. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues fairly. Warranty registration is required for any warranty claim.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme wear from harsh conditions, exposure to chemicals (such as gasoline or bleach), accidents, misuse, improper installation, or incorrect use.

LIMITED WARRANTY (VEHICLE ACCESSORIES AND AFRIBOOT BRANDED PRODUCTS)
Afriboot (Pty) Ltd warrants that our range of vehicle accessories and Afriboot branded products including but not limited to, bonnet guards, weather guards, door visors, etc. will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
LIMITED WARRANTY (3RD PARTY ACCESSORIES AND PRODUCTS)
Afriboot (Pty) Ltd will honour original manufacturer’s warranty for our range of 3rd Party accessories and products. The original manufacturer or its official reseller will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Proof of purchase is required.
